About the Author

Having spent nearly 20 years in clinical psychology, Dr. Philip Portman is trained and experienced in the labyrinth of the human mind. As a clinician, lecturer and author, he has brought his years of experience to bear on the power of thought. This intimate experiential and research-based study led him to the conclusion that many of the issues that plague mankind are due to a lack of mental training. By mental training is meant a conscious directionality of thought. Not a focus of attention but a holding in mind of fulfilled desires.

A study of the literature available revealed a wealth of sources that advocated the power of thought but none that offered a concise, step-by-step program for achieving a powerful creative state of awareness.
